Welcome to the North Carolina Military Veterans Hall of Fame (NCMVHOF) website.

The NCMVHOF was founded in 2016 to recognize veterans who have served honorably in our armed forces.  Those that continue to serve their communities and fellow veterans, after their service in the military, are considered for induction into the Hall of Fame.

Any Medal of Honor recipient from North Carolina is automatically inducted.

Our first annual induction ceremony was held on May 19, 2018.  A maximum of 20 inductees per year may currently enter the Hall of Fame.

The NCMVHOF will form a North Carolina Hall of Fame Society to focus on supporting the veterans of North Carolina. North Carolina  Military Veterans Hall of Fame inductees are eligible to be members of the Society.

The vision of the North Carolina Veterans Hall of Fame Society is to preserve and perpetuate the traditions of the American military and all who served in it: to undertake charitable and other projects at the state and local levels. To work with veteran organizations in the attainment of NCVHOFS objectives, to promote and encourage responsible citizenship among all Americans. Particular emphasis will be placed on supporting NCMVHOF members.
